Refund Policy for MakFlip

At MakFlip , we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the process and the requirements for refunds.
1. General Refund Policy
- Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange on eligible products.
- This policy applies only to products purchased directly from our marketplace.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.
3. Non-Eligible Items
Some items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items
- Items marked as final sale
- qualifying discounted items
4. Refund Process
1. Initiate a Refund Request:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at via our Chat Function with your order number and reason for the refund.
2. Return the Item:
- If your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to the vendor. Items must be returned to the vendor from whom they were purchased.
3. Refund Issuance:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor, a refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item was defective, or the wrong item was sent.
6. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact the vendor directly or reach out to our customer service for assistance.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the item for verification. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy
MakFlip reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
